The B# Big Band (that’s ‘B Sharp’ to you non-musical types) is the big, flashy swingin’ star of the Sharp Entertainment stable.

This is the band that ignites Melbourne’s public and private audiences with its contagious swingin’ anthems. In its full glory, it’s a high calibre 17 piece line up of shining horns and a rollicking rhythm section, with a slew of vocalists and play lists to choose from. The band also splits into many smaller variations to suit different event stages, or to perform as the signature act of your occasion. Swing, emulating the lush sounds of the big cats from Big Band swing like: Count Basie, Duke Ellington, Benny Goodman, and tunes made famous by crooners such as: Frank Sinatra, Bobby Darin, Dean Martin as well as sultry songstresses divas: Anita O’ Day, Ella Fitzgerald,  and Peggy Lee.
